Cozy RPM Ride now

Indoor cycling in a browser tab.

Connect your smart trainer and ride a quiet island loop. Go at your own pace, or follow a workout.

Free. No download or account needed.

Make the ride your own

Trade the coins you earn for a new rider, a different ride, or a hat with a little personality.

Everything in the shop is cosmetic. Your legs do the rest.

Choose a character in the rider shop, with a capybara on a trail bike in the preview.

Your rider

Human, shark, capybara, penguin, robot, or bear.

Your ride

Road bike, trail bike, hover pod, or flying broom.

The finishing touch

A classic helmet, a mushroom cap, or a wizard hat. Every hat fits every rider.

A timed workout showing target power and ride progress, with rabbits beside the trail.

Find your kind of ride

Free ride with no timer or targets. Or pick a workout when you want a little structure.

Workouts from 15 to 60 minutes.

Sweet spot
Long steady efforts just under threshold, with easy spinning between.
Sprints
Short all-out bursts with plenty of recovery.
Endurance
Mostly comfortable riding with a few tempo lifts.

ERG mode, on or off

Turn it on and the trainer holds each step's target power. Leave it off and you chase the number yourself.

Bring your setup

Connect an FTMS-compatible smart trainer. Tested with Wahoo KICKR Core, with support for Zwift Ride handlebar controllers too.

What you need

Chrome or Edge

Trainers connect over Web Bluetooth, which means Chrome or Edge, on a computer or an Android phone. Safari and Firefox cannot connect a trainer.

On iPhone or iPad

Safari and Chrome on iOS cannot pair a trainer. For trainer pairing, try Bluefy, a third-party browser with Web Bluetooth support.

Just looking around?

Explore with touch controls or a keyboard. On a keyboard, W pedals, S brakes, A and D steer, and Q and E shift gears. Coins are earned on trainer rides.

The island seen from above: a teal sea around green land, with the road looping the whole way round and a small red dot marking the rider.

One island, one loop

Follow the road through open fields, past little creatures, and from daylight into dusk.

A little progress, every ride

A ride ends with your time, average power and energy, plus the coins it earned. Spend them on a new rider, something else to ride, or a different helmet.

Sign in to save your rides and look back at your week.

Use Google or an email and password. You can also ride without an account.
